BBrain Family G2 Smart Calendar Clock

The BBrain Family G2 is a clock specially developed for seniors and their loved ones
As we get older, we increasingly forget small things, such as appointments with the doctor or with ( small) children. With the new BBrain clock, children, grandchildren and carers from anywhere in the world can send messages, photos and agenda items to the clock.

Never forget an appointment again with the BBrain Family G2 br /> Often a paper calendar or loose notes are still used on which all appointments and medication reminders are noted. This new clock makes the paper calendar and separate notes superfluous. Family, friends, informal carers and the clock user themselves can easily send an appointment or reminder to the smart clock via an app on their mobile phone (also possible via the computer). This way the user sees exactly which appointments are in the agenda that day. An agenda item automatically disappears 1 hour after it starts so that the agenda overview is always up to date.

Speak notifications
The BBrain Family G2 speaks agenda items and messages. Agenda items are spoken at the start and messages are announced upon arrival. Did the user miss the notification? Then it is possible to click on the agenda item or message so that it is spoken again. Clicking on the clock display clearly pronounces the day, date and time. The speed of speech and the speech volume can be adjusted based on the user’s preferences. The clock is also equipped with a mute function where the messages are not spoken, which is useful for evenings.

Both analog and digital time display
The time can be displayed both analog, digital and combined are displayed. Thanks to the large 10-inch display, everything is clearly displayed. This makes it easy to read the text on the screen.

Connected via WiFi
A WiFi connection is required to use the subscription. The clock must be connected to WiFi once. This is easy to set via the clock itself.

Included App for loved ones
Via the free App (for Apple and Android) loved ones can remotely message and send photos. Relatives also have insight into the current agenda of the user(s). Multiple clocks can be linked to the app. Agenda items can be easily created or modified. A recurring appointment can be created for repetitive reminders such as medication intake. You can add an unlimited number of relatives via the App.

The first month only costs ¢ ‚¬Å¡ ¬1. A subscription is already available from 6.95 per month.

During the subscription period, updates are periodically sent to the clock, so that you always have access to the latest new functionalities.

Also suitable for people suffering from early dementia
Especially for users with early dementia, the functions (messages, photos or agenda) can be switched off individually or all. For example, the clock can be adjusted if the user can no longer manage the functions of the clock properly at a later time. For example, by turning off the messages and photos, the user only sees the calendar and the clock becomes easier to use.

With the BBrain clock, the user gets a better grip on the day and week because the clock can clearly display parts of the day (morning, afternoon, evening, night) and weekdays with corresponding agenda items. You set these functions based on your personal preferences. The digital calendar clock shows the day, date, time and the relevant part of the day as standard. Time orientation is very important for people with early dementia.

The BBrain Family is available in 2 variants. In addition to the BBrain Family G2 smart calendar clock, there is the BBrain Family D2 specially developed for people with dementia. This is a stimulus-free, passive variant. It is always possible to switch variants.

Is this BBrain Family G2 reimbursed?
This Family G2 is unfortunately not reimbursed by the WMO or health insurance, but will certainly contribute to your daily life or the life of your parents, so purchasing this clock yourself can certainly be an option.
