Mesitran Hydro dressing is a hydroactive honey-gel dressing for use in superficial acute or chronic wounds that release light to moderate moisture. Supplied in a pack of 5 dressings. Suitable for use on infected wounds (also kills antibiotic resistant bacteria MRSA and VRE).

• Constructed from a honey gel (30% honey) Provided with a protective semi-permeable wound film at the top, so that a optimal moist wound climate is created
• Permeable to water vapor and impermeable to micro-organisms and moisture from the outside
• The wound fluid is bound by the gel, the dressing swells and takes its shape to the wound
• Does not stick to the wound
• Transparent
