Klinion Exsupad non-sterile absorbent wound dressing is suitable for covering wounds with a lot of fluid release where sterility of the wound dressing is not a requirement. The compress is soft and supple and therefore comfortable to use. Available in different sizes.
- Closed on four sides
- Filling made of 100% cotton hydrophilic (=absorbent) white cotton wool
- White non-woven wound contact layer that reduces the risk of adhesion to the wound
- Blue hydrophobic (moisture-repellent) non-woven backing that prevents leakage of wound fluid
- Change at least once a day or as soon as the dressing is saturated
