An NW Compres adheres less quickly to the wound than an HG Compres. When firmness of the compress is important, a hydrophilic gauze compress is preferable to a non-woven compress. Klinion HG Compres is then a good alternative. Available in 4 and 8 layers (8 layers is Klinion NW Extra Compres) and in various sizes
