The way of giving a body wash in bed has been the same for centuries. This was done with water, soap, towels, washcloths and, if necessary, a wash bowl. In recent years, a new method of washing patients has been increasingly used. This is also called ¢€š¬…€œwashing without water¢€š¬ or ¢€š¬‹Å“’care washing”. This makes the use of (several) wash basins with water, washcloths, towels and soap superfluous. This new method uses ready-to-use disposable washcloths or wipes containing a special washing lotion to cleanse the body. Our moist washcloths are specially made for this.

The explanation of washing without water?

They are packed per eight pieces. Why are these 8? Because someone washes themselves completely with 8 wipes. See below how you can wash every part of the body with 1 pack of washcloths.

The Romed moist washcloths are soaked with a nourishing lotion, so it is not necessary to dry the skin. It is also possible to heat them in the microwave, so that they feel more pleasant on the skin. The wipes in a closed package stay warm for about 20 minutes. Before use, it must be tested whether the washcloths have not become too hot.
